CDD Weekly Update

The CDD team has been busy this week. Following is a closer look at what they've been working on.

Private Property Maintenance Standards

Staff performed routine inspections in Phase I this week. Follow-up and requested inspections were conducted throughout the island. This week, six properties were contacted regarding a violation of the Private Property Maintenance Standards, and 23 properties were contacted to provide courtesy education regarding property maintenance standards.

Community Development Department Meeting with The Landings Company
On January 18, Erin Schumacher (Community Development Director) attended The Landings Company’s weekly staff meeting to provide an overview of the Community Development Department activity over the final six months of 2022. The presentation was followed by a Q/A session where questions about the Architectural Review process and Private Property Maintenance Standards were discussed in detail.
