On October 16, Coastal Conservation Association Skidaway Chapter (CCA) hosted local Boy Scout Troop 57 for a two-hour fishing event. After a slow start, the 12 scouts and their dads managed to land nearly 100 bluegills and a some turtles. CCA hopes this will grow into an annual event.

Everyone had a great time!

Advanced clinics are offered at select lagoons throughout the island. Soon to be added to the lineup are spin casting clinics in the brackish lagoons.
