Lagoon 106 Community Path Bridge Replacement Project

Expert Marine continued to work on the Lagoon 106 Community Path Bridge Project this week. The contractor has completed approximately 66 feet of the newly decked bridge.

Operational Road Repair and Maintenance

Bennett Paving completed road repairs on the following roads this week: Pettigrew Drive, Castlebrook Retreat, Bent Tree Circle, and Oyster Reef Road. Repairs were funded operationally and repaired areas where root intrusions and ride-altering bumps existed.

Community Path Maintenance

Absolute Concrete continued work on concrete community path panel repairs in Oakridge and Marshwood this week.

Center Island Maintenance

BrightView is in the process of overseeding center islands with annual rye grass this week which is a service included in our landscape contract.

Islands of Deer Creek Community Path Bridge Repair Project

To date, staff have completed approximately 400 feet of repair/replacement of the bridge. The project remains on schedule for completion by the end of the year.
