Lagoon 106 Community Path Bridge Replacement Project

Expert Marine has completed 80% of the demolition of the bridge and began installing the pilings this week. They will remove the remaining substructure as they progress towards rebuilding the bridge.

Islands of Deer Creek Community Path Bridge Repair Project

Staff continued to work on the Islands of Deer Creek Community Path Bridge this week and remain on schedule for completion by the end of the year.

Absolute Concrete continued work on concrete community path panel repairs this week in the Oakridge area of the community.

Marshview Landing Perimeter Fence Repair 

Staff completed the repair of an 8-foot section of the wooden perimeter fence in Marshview Landing this week. This particular section of the fence had fallen down due to wood rot and required replacement.
