The Landings Company is Renovating!

Starting tomorrow (September 17), The Landings Company’s office will be closed for a planned, three-phase renovation. We’re still here on the island, taking care of all your real estate needs!
- Phase 1 (September 17 until approximately October 17) - Discovery Visitors and clients will be received by our agents at The Landings Golf & Athletic Club’s office on Green Island Road.
- Phase 2 - (Mid-October through Mid-February)  - You’ll find your favorite agents back at 1 Landings Way North, welcoming clients and visitors and marketing our community across the country.
- Phase 3- (Mid-February through Early June) - The Welcome Center’s public rooms and the back-office renovations will be completed.
When our new Welcome Center is finally unveiled, we’ll make the very best first impression on our guests for another 50 years! Stay tuned!
