Dog Park Registration (September-December)

The  cost of this four-month registration is $15 for each dog.

Please upload proof of vaccinations (Rabies, Bordatella, DHLP/Parvo) for all dogs being registered, or you may show proof of vaccinations when you pick up your Dog Park tag(s).

  • Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png pdf doc docx.

 

I agree to follow the Dog Park Rules and to hold harmless and indemnify The Landings Association, its officers, directors, employees, and Dog Park Committee of and from any and all claims (including any injuries and wrongful death) and property damage sustained by anyone as a result of any incident that may occur at the facility.

If you register online, Security will deliver your dog's tag to your mail tube.
