Mailbox and Sign Painting Program
On Thursday, JF Paint (Flowers Painting) was 95% complete with this year’s program. Staff are in the process of developing a punch list for the contractor to address. Barring any further weather delays, this year’s program should be completed before or just after Labor Day weekend.
Lagoon Dredging Program
Staff removed the remaining dredge bag behind the Marshwood Clubhouse this week. The material dried out enough, and staff were able to successfully remove the material, which concludes this year’s operational program.
McWhorter/North Gate Adjustment
Staff adjusted the gate equipment at the McWhorter/North gate this week to allow for an improved entry experience for residents, guests, and contractors.
