Tidewater Square Maintenance and Closure
Beginning Monday (August 15), Tidewater Square will be closed to through traffic for road maintenance. The maintenance will include repairing and replacing damaged, uplifting bricks in the roadway that have formed potholes and ride-altering bumps on the square's north end. Â
Please use the following detours:
When exiting Midpoint, you will use Brandenberry Road to Yam Gandy Road to Landings Way South. When entering Midpoint, you will use Landings Way South to Yam Gandy Road to Brandenberry Road. All residents whose properties are located within the square will be able to enter and exit the square to access their homes. However, there will be delays when contractors are working directly in front of your home.
Weather permitting, the square will reopen on August 18. Thank you in advance for your patience and support as we continue to improve the infrastructure located throughout the community.
