2022 Storm Drain Project

Southeast Pipe continued to work on lining the storm drain pipes along Chatuachee Crossing this week. The project has been slightly delayed due to rain. 

Community Path Maintenance

Absolute Concrete began the community path maintenance program this week. The annual maintenance program includes repairing damaged concrete panels within the community. Absolute Concrete is currently working along Bartram Road and will move to Moon River next week, weather permitting.

TLA Administration Building Roof Repair

After the severe weather the island received on Monday, staff observed a stain on the ceiling in one of back offices in TLA’s Administration Building. After further evaluation, staff determined that the roof was leaking around the sun tunnel/skylight. Michael’s Roofing has been scheduled to complete the necessary repairs.

Delegal Marina Sunset Pavilion Maintenance

Staff addressed several maintenance items in and around the Sunset Room this week, which included the following: replacement of a worn handrail, interior and exterior light inspections, cleaning out the HVAC service yard, and repairing the wooden trim around the service yard.
