The Landings has 151 lagoons. While they bring an aesthetic beauty, they also serve an important purpose of storm water management.

Periodically, these lagoons must be dredged to remove built-up material. Recently, Lagoon #4 underwent dredging where a SOX system was used to complete the process. Sediment was pumped into a bag, deepening the lagoon. Once the bag dewaters, it creates a plantable wall.

Join Public Works Environmental Manager Dylan Till and me as we check in on the progress at lagoon #4 near the Marsh Tower.
