Tidewater Square Maintenance

Staff and contractors continued to work in Tidewater Square this week in preparation for the installation of sod which will take place within the next couple of weeks.

2022 Storm Drain Project

Southeast Pipe began working on Phase 2 of the storm drain lining process on Chatuchee Crossing this week. This phase is part of the 2022 capital project that was approved by the Board earlier this year and is anticipated to be completed by the end of July (due to a supply backorder).

Lagoon Dredging at Lagoon #4

Estate Management continued dredging Lagoon 4 (located near the intersection of Priest Landing Drive and Marsh Tower Lane) using the SOX system. Barring any weather delays, this project will be completed in three weeks.
