Theft

Security responded to a residence on Lillibridge Crossing on Saturday, June 4, for a theft report. The complainant advised that a necklace valued at approximately $25,000 was stolen, and she believes it may have happened during a yard sale at her home that day. It is unknown who may have taken the necklace. The resident contacted Chatham County Police Department (CCPD), who had already taken a report. CCPD is investigating.

 

Suspicious Incident

Security responded to the area of Bartram Road North near Magnolia #7 for a report of possible gunshots on Saturday, June 4. An officer patrolled the surrounding areas with negative results. No other calls about gunshots were received.

On Monday, June 6, Security and CCPD responded to a residence on Franklin Court for a report of a person entering a home through the window. CCPD knocked on the door and made contact with the resident. He advised that he had locked his keys inside the house and had to crawl through a window to get inside. CCPD verified that he was the homeowner. No further actions were taken.

Safety

On Monday, June 6, TLA staff met with our Philadelphia Insurance Risk Management consultant to conduct an initial assessment of our facilities, amenities, and safety protocols. Several resources were provided along with recommendations for rear-facing vehicle cameras and soccer goal post information.
