Operational Storm Drain Maintenance

Over the last week, staff have been clearing storm drains from additional debris that the heavy rainfall on Monday brought.

2022 Storm Drain Project

Southeast Pipe began lining damaged pipes in the Marshwood area of the community near Chatuachee Crossing (using the cured in place pipe lining process) this week. This project is anticipated to take a month to complete.

Tidewater Square Maintenance

This week, Absolute Concrete began working on the installation of the community path system through Tidewater Square. Barring any weather and plant delays, the path will be completed by June 10.

Facilities and Park Pruning – Moon River Gate

This week, staff continued to work on Facilities Pruning Annual Maintenance items with the completion of palm and tree pruning at the Moon River Gatehouse.

Dog Park Maintenance

During the monthly inspection of the Dog Park, staff observed that three sections of the fence in the large park required replacement. Staff completed the repairs to the fence on Wednesday.
