Online Customer Payment Portal

An online payment portal is scheduled to “go live” on June 8, 2022. This payment portal is an additional tool that residents can use to view non-assessment transactions, historical information for charges and payments, and initiate a secure payment via credit card for charges placed on account. An email from support@payfabric.com will automatically be sent to residents that have an email address on file with The Landings Association, requesting users to register for the customer portal. An educational package has been created that will help users through the registration and user experience and will be distributed next week when the platform is available to access.
