Suspicious Incident

On Tuesday, May 31, Security responded to Hathaway Lane for a report of a suspicious incident which occurred the previous evening. The complainant advised that a vehicle had followed her through the Marshwood Gate and through the neighborhood. Upon arriving home, the vehicle pulled into her neighbor’s driveway. After she entered her home, the vehicle then pulled into her driveway, sat for a few minutes, and left. Officers identified the vehicle using ABDi’s entry logs and attempted to make contact with the owner but had negative results. Officers will continue trying to make contact with the vehicle’s owner.

Missing Scuba Equipment

A resident contacted Security on Tuesday, May 31 regarding some missing scuba equipment. The resident advised that the equipment bag was on the back of the family’s golf cart when his father took it out for a ride on Sunday, May 29. The bag fell off near Springfield Crossing, and someone posted a photo on social media stating the location. When the resident went to retrieve the equipment bag, someone already had taken it. The items in the bag are valued at approximately $2,500. If you have any information about the missing equipment, please contact Landings Security at 912-598-1982, option 2.
