Slip Lining Away!

With The Landings turning 50 years old this year, some of our longstanding infrastructure is in need of repair and replacement, including storm drain pipes.

A few years back, The Landings Association began using a Cured in Place Pipe product for most of these repairs. Pliable material is inserted into the failing storm drain, heated for several hours, and then it cures, extending the life of the pipe another 35-40 years.

This year, the Association is spending almost $500,000 on needed storm drain repairs.

Join Public Works Construction Manager Bill Campbell and me as we show the process in action and discuss why we now use this process.
