Tidewater Square Maintenance

Beginning Monday (May 2), in-house staff and contractors will begin working on some of the maintenance items in Tidewater Square. The work will include addressing drainage issues, removal of the interior walkway, repair of sections of upheaved and dilapidated brick road surface, along with improvements to the path connectivity in the square. Click here to watch a video of the April 26 Board Meeting, including a presentation on the Tidewater Square Maintenance.

Please use caution in and around the project area as staff and contractors will at times be working in the roadway. Barring any significant weather delays, the project is anticipated to be completed by mid-June.
