Landings Harbor Marina

Dredging Project

Dolan Yacht Service completed the contract terms for the 2022 dredging project on Friday, March 18. The final bathymetric survey was performed on Monday, April 4. The results will be compared to the pre-dredge bathy to determine the total volume of material removed during the project. Any discrepancies will be identified and addressed as needed.

Meet the Team

We continue to introduce our Marinas team members to you each week so that you will have names to go along with the faces you see. This is Alex Shelton (pictured at right). He started with us in May 2021, just about a year ago. When he is not at work you will find him enjoying the outdoors and long boarding. He loves to draw and gets his inspiration from nature.

Marina Ship’s Store 50^th Anniversary Merchandise

The “Cheers to 50 Years” t-shirts have arrived!!!!! There are grey and white ones for men/unisex and, blue and white for women in a v neck style. The front has a simplified version of the logo, and the full logo is on the back. The 50^th Anniversary Tervis tumblers arrived just in time!!! Come grab all the 50^th swag that you know you’ll want to have for yourself or to give as a gift to someone you know who loves The Landings! 

Landings Sailing Club

The Landings Sailing Club kicked off their Beer Can Race/Social event last Friday, April 1. They took all nine boats out in the fleet with 31 sailors participating and several more people joined them at the Dockside Bar for the After Party. The next Beer Can Race will be Friday, April 15! The more the merrier!

The Landings Sailing Club will offer another Basic Sailing Course this month. The two-day intensive course includes interactive classroom instruction that will be held Saturday, April 23 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The water session will be held the following Sunday, Tuesday, or Wednesday based on student and instructor availability, weather, and tides. Class size is limited to 10. There are still some slots remaining. The cost is $100 per student. $25 will be refunded if you join TLSC within 30 days. You must be a Landings resident. Delegal Creek Marina

Status update on the electrical project currently in progress at Delegal Creek Marina. C dock should be finished by the end of the week. We will not be cutting power to any docks over the weekend. On Monday, April 11, they will be cutting power to B dock. 

Delegal will be receiving a section of dock to be attached to the kayak launch in order to further stabilize it for our residents and their guests.
