Tidewater Square Update

By Karl Stephens, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

As noted during Budget time, The Landings Association’s focus on Tidewater Square this year is on fixing long-standing drainage issues that are causing a deterioration of the brick roadway. The goal is to extend the life of this road, while maintaining and preserving the structure and aesthetics.

While working on this project, we also discovered structural issues with the entrance pillars that are causing safety issues and must be addressed.

Join me as we talk with Public Works Director Sean Burgess and Construction Manager Bill Campbell to review this overall project. Look for more updates as work progresses.
