As part of The Landings Association’s contract renewal with BrightView, the grass at the gates is being transitioned from St. Augustine to Zoysia at no additional cost.

During this work, the Community Development Department’s (CDD) Property and Housing Inspector Karen Szychowski spoke with BrightView on why owners may want to consider such a change as well.
