CDD News You Can Use: CDD Maintenance Checklist

The weather is warming, the azaleas are blooming, and it appears that spring has finally arrived The Landings. This is the perfect time to get outdoors and enjoy the natural beauty of our community.  Try taking a walk on the nature trail, exploring the Marsh Tower, or playing a round of golf. This also is a great time to evaluate how your home and property fared through the winter and identify any maintenance areas that may need attention.

To assist with the effort of identifying maintenance areas, your Community Development Team has created a checklist of routine maintenance items to keep your property looking its best. Click here to view the document.
