Road Project Schedule Communication

To date, Bennett Paving has completed the repaving of the entry and exit lanes at the North Gate and Dame Kathryn Drive. Below is a tentative updated schedule for this year’s road resurfacing project:  

  • Monastery Road - March 7 - 18 
  • Romerly Road - March 21 - 29
  • Shellwind Drive - April 4 - 22 
  • Westcross Bridge (the western side of the bridge) - April 18                 

Please make sure that you are signed up to receive updates via Smart911 and Landings Association emails. All updates and changes to the project will be communicated through these platforms.
