North Gate Paving Update

This year, The Landings Association will spend almost $1.4 million repaving streets in the community to increase the useful life of this infrastructure and improve drivability. Despite the effects of inflation, with the unit prices for asphalt continuing to rise, in December your Association locked in 2021 rates with our vendor for this year’s program, saving more than $200,000.

At the North Gate, milling and paving began today (February 21, 2022). Join me to get an update from Public Works Director Sean Burgess on the project and learn why we have started completely shutting down areas to traffic during paving, unlike in previous years.
