The Landings’ North Gate (Marshwood) Closed for Repairs Monday (February 21)

On Monday, February 21, the North Gate (entrance into the Marshwood area of the community) will be closed for asphalt resurfacing. The entry and exit lanes and the intersection at Bartram Road and Landings Way North will be milled and repaved. During this project, the gate will be closed to all vehicular, pedestrian, and golf cart traffic. Those traveling north on Bartram Road should use Priest Landing Drive via Landings Way North from the Main Gate as the detour. Barring any significant weather delays, this project is anticipated to take two-to-three days to complete. The gate is scheduled to reopen on Thursday, February 24.

  • All vendors and contractors: Please use the Oakridge Gate for entering and exiting the community.
  • Marshwood Residents and their guests: Please use the Main Gate for entering and exiting the community.
  • Golf cart traffic associated with the McWhorter Bridge path will not be impacted during the project.

Please use caution when traveling around the project area and be mindful of the detour arrows, signage, and contractor’s crews directing traffic. Thank you in advance for your patience as we continue to improve the infrastructure throughout the community.
