What’s Beneath the Streets?

As The Landings Association gears up for our major streets resurfacing project for the year, we need to make sure the storm drains beneath our roads are in good shape. Otherwise, the paving may have to be redone quicker than normal, due to depressions from potentially failing drainpipes. Additionally, this year marks the golden anniversary of our community, and regular check-ins and proactive maintenance on our infrastructure help to ensure our community thrives for many more years to come.

This year, we are putting our new storm drain camera to good use by videoing the drainpipes in advance of roadwork, to ensure a smooth project.

Join me as I talk with The Landings Association’s Public Works Construction Manager Bill Campbell as his crew trains on the new storm drain camera and uncovers a separation issue beneath the streets.
