Tips for Navigating SeeClickFix

As many of you know, for the past few years, The Landings Association has been utilizing SeeClickFix, a mobile app and web tool customized for The Landings.

The platform provides staff with a centralized work request management system to assist in monitoring issues from creation to resolution, all while engaging residents throughout the process.

Residents can report issues and problems such as street light outages, damaged trees on common property, potholes, damaged mailboxes, and storm drain maintenance by providing pictures, locations, and descriptions of the issue. This pertinent information assists staff in completing jobs in a timely and efficient manner.

Once an issue is submitted, The Landings Association receives a notification via email. After receipt of the notification, we acknowledge the service request, assign it to the proper staff member, and update the request until it is completed. Residents, in turn, receive notifications along the way when the issue has been acknowledged, commented on, and closed.

In addition to the mobile app, residents can send reports via the website (http://en.seeclickfix.com/landings-association) or by clicking Report an Issue/SeeClickFix on the Association’s homepage (www.landings.org).
