Delegal Fixed Pier Maintenance

This week, inhouse staff replaced fifty (50) boards on the Delegal Fixed Pier. Over the past three weeks staff replaced a total of 150 deck boards that were damaged, deteriorated or were identified as a safety concern.

Annual Mailbox and Sign Painting Program

Inhouse staff continues to work on the mailbox and sign painting program along the following roads: Cabbage Crossing, Log Landings, Waterside Drive and Hasleiter’s Retreat. They will continue to progress through the project scope until completion.

Operational Road Repairs

Bennett Paving completed repairs (root intrusion, asphalt separation, ride altering bumps) on the following roads this week: Brooks Lane, Musgrove Lane, Hazel Glenn Lane, Anglers Court, the North Maintenance Road, Odingsell Lane, Priest Landing Drive, Westcross Bridge, Shellwind Drive and Salt Wind Circle.

Operational Concrete Swale Repairs 

Absolute Concrete repaired two concrete swales on Priory Road and Kelsall Lane this week. These swales allow water to travel along the roadways and discharge into storm drain inlets (they help prevent water ponding and flooding after rainfall events).
