The Landings Company: New News!

We formally welcome Amy Blevins and Christy Johns to our Landings Company team! Many of you know one or both of them, and we feel very fortunate to have them on our team. Below is a brief background on each:

Don’t forget to save-the-date for our second Lawn Party of 2021, It’s Fall Y’all! Once again, The Landings Company will provide the music (The Fundamentals) and soft drinks. Multiple food trucks will be available. Please feel free to bring your own adult beverages and, if you can, come by golf cart to minimize parking congestion at Landings Harbor. During the time of the party Landings Harbor Store will be open.

That said, listings continue to sell quickly and at high values! The standing inventory of available homes on the market continues to be at an all-time low.
