Yard Debris and Bulk Trash Proper Placement Reminder

Residents are reminded that yard debris and bulk trash items must not be placed on storm drain caps, roadways, or in the gutter valleys along the roadways. Additionally, please do not allow your lawn contractors or tree companies to place items on the curb or on The Landings Association's common property.

As shown in the diagram below, debris should be placed in the right-of-way, behind the curb, or on the edge of the pavement. Yard Debris must be placed curbside no earlier than one day before the scheduled Chatham County pickup (every Tuesday). If Chatham County should miss your yard debris or Bulk Trash, please call them (912-652-6840) and then call Security (598-1982, option 2). It is important that you report the missed Yard Debris or Bulk pick up to Security immediately to prevent receiving a violation notice.
