Vandalism in the Community

Over the holiday weekend, 13 signs were vandalized.  On Tuesday, inhouse staff worked to repair and replace 10 STOP signs, two (2) street signs and one (1) yield sign. 

Delegal Marina Sunset Pavilion Repairs

This week, inhouse staff replaced the side yard gate that houses the HVAC units. The gate was in disrepair thus requiring replacement.  Additionally, the AV equipment located in the Sunset Room is now fully operational. The amplifier that controls the microphones had to be repaired due to issues with the wiring (frayed). 

Operational Road Repairs

Inhouse staff began addressing small road patches and repairs this week.  Bennett Paving is scheduled to be onsite next week to address the larger road repairs and maintenance.

2021 Community Path Project

Absolute Concrete continues to work on the conversion of community path from the Deer Creek Village Gate to Sundew Road with an anticipated completion date of mid-September.
