What do The Landings Company’s clients and guests say?

As the entity charged with marketing our community and creating a budget to do so through our listing and sale of Landings real estate, it is critical that The Landings Company not only market the community well, but serving our real estate guests and our buyer and seller clients is also paramount.

To ensure that is happening and that we constantly strive to improve, we survey all Discovery Guests as well as all of our buyers and sellers.

We recently had the opportunity to review the results for the first half of this year, and I am proud to report some highlights:

Discovery Guests (339 couples or families visited in the first half of 2021):

  • 100% rated their experience visiting The Landings as above average or excellent
  • 98% said The Landings met their expectations
  • 96% reported their accommodations with us to be four or five stars
  • 95% gave our amenities, including the Club, a four-to-five-star rating
  • 93% rated the “look and feel” of our island above average

TLCo represented Buyers:

  • 96% the rating given our team for assistance in negotiating the purchase process
  • 98% was the rating given the knowledge of their Realtor
  • 96% for providing needed information about each home to support their purchase decision
  • 94% for matching prospective homes with the elements important to them
  • 96% for the agent’s support during the closing process
  • 96% for the agent’s support in becoming oriented to the community following move-in
  • 100% would recommend The Landings Company to a friend or family member

TLCo represented Sellers:

  • 100% (or five out of five stars) was their overall satisfaction with The Landings Company
  • 100% for responsiveness by the agent to their questions or suggestions
  • 100% for support during the closing process
  • 100% for the process of establishing a list price
  • 100% for their agent’s knowledge of the local real estate market
  • 100% for their agent’s organization and preparation
  • 98% was their ranking of their agent’s communication during the process
  • 100% for the agent’s handling of the negotiation
  • 100% would recommend The Landings Company to a friend or family member
  • 100% would recommend their Landings Company agent to a friend or family member

Results all within the 90-100% are not achieved easily. Our tremendous team of agents backed by an extremely dedicated staff make it happen each and every day. We are proud of The Landings and thank you for your support in achieving these results!
