Private Property Maintenance Standards
Staff completed routine property inspections took place in Phase II this week.   Follow-up and requested inspections were also conducted throughout the island.  This week eight (8) properties presented with a violation of the Private Property Maintenance Standards and 17 properties were contacted as a courtesy for education regarding covenants regulations.

Exterior Modifications and Community HOAs

Within The Landings, there are four Condo/Townhome Associations.  These include Franklin Creek, Marshview Landing, Priest Landing, and The Settlement. While each of these Associations have a review process for exterior modifications, per the Covenants, all exterior modifications must also be submitted and approved by The Landings Association Architectural Review Committed (ARC).  To ensure that this requirement is known, Community Development Staff has reached out to each Condo/Townhome Association and provided them information that they can share with their residents letting them know that they must also apply for review by the ARC for exterior modifications.
