2021 Community Path Project

This week, Absolute Concrete completed the conversion of path (from asphalt to concrete) along Priest Landing Drive from Topsail Court to Bowline Court.

Center Island Committee Evaluation of Center Islands

Over the next several weeks, the Center Island Committee is conducting their annual evaluation of the 313 center islands throughout the community. During this evaluation process, the committee compiles a list of items for BrightView Landscapes and TLA staff to address. 

Main Gate Grinder Pump Installation

Utilities, Inc.’s subcontractor was onsite this week prepping the area for the installation of the pump grinder.   During this process, they were unable to locate the tie-in point to the sewer line.  Utilities, Inc. is going to contract a sonic locator to assist in the location of the tie in point of the main sewer line.  Staff will continue to keep the community updated on the project’s progression.
