The Village Library is a private, nonprofit community library located in The Village on Skidaway Island. It is funded by membership fees, donations, rentals, and sales, and it is operated by volunteers.

Membership is open to everyone. To join, simply visit the Library, complete a membership form, and pay the $10 annual family membership fee. You then will be able to choose from more than 24,000 books to borrow for three weeks, at no cost. You also can rent the latest books and best sellers for 30 cents per day and DVDs and audiobooks for 40 cents per day. The Library is open on Tuesdays through Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
