When installed in accordance with The Landing Association’s Architectural Guidelines, invisible fences provide an excellent way to allow pets to safely enjoy the outdoors. Invisible fences may not encroach on easements and may not be placed outside of the property line.
To ensure that your fence is installed appropriately, please email the Community Development Department (CDD@landings.org) prior to installation. Our team is happy to provide you with a site plan of your property and a link to the application for fencing installation.
