2021 Athletic Field Project Update

The 2021 Athletic Field Complex improvements and upgrades are now underway! Our in-house tree crews began to remove several trees along the perimeter of the complex to make room for the new rubberized walking path that will be installed this year. In addition, Bloodhound Utility was onsite this week to locate all utility lines (gas, power, etc.) around the complex. Staff executed the contract with Landscape Structures/Playground Creations and submitted a deposit for the larger components of the project. As soon as the deposit is received by the contractor, an updated timeline will be established. Staff will continue to keep the community apprised of this exciting, new TLA amenity improvement!

Community Paths

Absolute Concrete completed 9 concrete panel repairs along the community path in The Village (along Lake Street) this week. One of the completed repairs is pictured here. 

Lagoon Dredging Program

In continuation with last year’s dredging program, Estate Management began dredging a portion of Lagoon 106 (near Delegal’s Retreat and Bosun’s Circle) this week. Once the contractor has completed the dredging in Lagoon 106, they will move to Lagoon 90 (off Landings Way South between Water Witch Crossing and Cotton Crossing).
