2021-2023 Annual Dues (Assessment) Proposal Approved

The auditor has just completed tabulations for The Landings Association’s Annual Dues (Assessment) vote.
71% of voters approved the proposal, which is above the required 66.7%. In addition, a total of 78% of owners participated in the vote. A total of 3,429 votes were received. Of those, 2,436 voted yes, and 993 voted no.
