Your Landings Association’s Board and Staff thank all who voted in the 2021-2023 Annual Dues (Assessment) Vote. 

The vote passed, with 71% of voters approving the proposal. 

We sincerely appreciate the help and support of the entire Landings Community as we work to ensure The Landings remains the premier residential community of choice in the southeast. Please continue to share your feedback and suggestions with us as we work to continuously improve our processes and provide the quality customer service our members expect and deserve. 

In the coming weeks, please watch for emails, articles, and other communications outlining the 2021 Budget as well as the allocation of monies to our Operating and Reserves Funds and how these funds will be used.
