Post-storm Clean-up and Storm Drain Evaluation
Due to the heavy rainfall the island received this week, in-house staff have been checking troublesome storm drains and clearing any blockages that may exist. The street sweepers are also continuing to run their weekly maintenance cycles. Additionally, BrightView staff have continued to address the additional downfall throughout the community.
Deer Creek Gate Equipment Replacement
This week, Carolina Time and Parking Group continued with the replacement of the gate equipment at the Deer Creek Village Gate. Barring any additional delays, the sliding gates are anticipated to be shipped next week (the shipment was originally delayed due to a COVID-19 outbreak in the manufacturer’s facility). Thereafter, Carolina Time will install them at the gatehouse which will complete the project.
