Fun Fact Friday

Did you know that during the spring and summer months, The Landings Association’s common property is mowed weekly on a five-day cycle? Between cycles, Bahiagrass, which is a seed-producing plant, can form into stems reaching eight-to-30 inches tall. This weedy stem typically only is noticeable during our growing seasons. So, when you see bahiagrass pop up, know that our maintenance cycles are not behind. Bahiagrass just happens to be fast growing and will be mowed on a weekly basis!
