As we adjust to conducting our business from the comfort of our homes, it is important to make sure that we set ourselves up for success physically, as well as technologically. Working from the sofa or kitchen table may be convenient, but such areas may not provide the physical conditions to support good posture.

To help keep proper posture while working at home, make sure that your laptop or other device is at arm’s length, and that the top of the screen is at eye level. Your feet also should be resting flat on the floor.

For more tips on how to maintain your posture, read this article from the Mayo Clinic, or view this peer-reviewed video from Veritas Health.
