Yard Waste Rules Temporarily Relaxed

As we all practice responsible social distancing and search for ways to keep busy, many people are putting their time and energy into cleaning their yards and reworking their landscaping.

Until further notice, The Landings Association is temporarily relaxing the rules for yard waste set out as we understand that it may take slightly longer than usual for these items to be removed.

Landings Club Golf Cart Paths

The Landings Club has asked that we remind residents of a few rules governing their golf courses while everyone is out and about getting some fresh air. The cart paths on courses are used for golfers only. It was noticed over the weekend several residents may have forgotten this rule and used the paths to walk their dogs, traverse from one area of the community to another, etc. Fishing also is prohibited from the golf course. Residents should not be on the closed golf courses until they are opened again.

Violations of The Landings Club’s private property often initiates calls from bordering residents to TLA security, initiating the dispatch of an officer and time to write a report.
