Community Marketing & Real Estate Update

Nothing’s Constant But Change

The first two months of the year began very strong for home sales in The Landings. The conditions improved significantly from a year ago in that the number of homes on the market was down substantially. With the increased home sales, the supply, as expressed in months of inventory, was down by 35%, thereby putting positive pressure on values. Additionally, our Discovery Visits were up 10% over the same period over 2019, and our sales at the Company grew by 14%.

Certainly, as I write this on March 18, COVID-19 has brought with it a new world order.  TheCompany has taken all precautions while hosting the few Discovery Visitors who have not canceled due to travel restrictions, etc. We have temporarily canceled our weekly sales meetings, new listing caravans, and other group meetings. Also, we postponed until further notice our second State of Real Estate at The Landings presentation scheduled for March 24 at Plantation. We will reschedule as soon as we can do so safely.

As I know we all do, we at the Company hope and pray the affected are healed, the unaffected stay safe, and that our country and world return to relative safety very soon.

Your Company, The Landings Company!
