Our first month of the year

The Landings experienced a great January for home sales, exceeding last January by 40%. The conditions have improved significantly from a year ago in that the number of homes on the market is down substantially, and with the increased home sales, the supply as expressed in months of inventory, is down by 46%, thereby putting positive pressure on values.

In addition, our Discovery Visits, which were up 24% in January 2019 over January 2018, are up another 31% to begin 2020.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Total island home showings, shown in the chart below, reflect an increased pace for this January vs. last by 68%. Activity is outstanding!
