Did you know that a Reserve Study is a budget planning tool which identifies the current status of the Reserve fund and a stable and equitable Funding Plan to offset the anticipated future major common area expenditures. The Reserve Study consists of two parts: the Physical Analysis and the Financial Analysis.
Join us for the first Budget Workshop of 2020 on January 27 at 6 p.m. in Delegal's Sunset Pavilion to hear The Landings Association's Reserve Study results.
The Landings Association’s Finance Team, as well as representatives from Community Advisors, the firm that conducted the Reserve Study, will be on hand to answer questions on this evening.
