Santa Claus is Coming Today (Friday, December 20) at 5 p.m.

The Skidaway Fire Division of Chatham Emergency Services (CES) will be escorting Santa and the elves on their first of three evenings on Skidaway today. Today’s route will include Deer Creek, Oakridge, Franklin Creek, Moon River Landing, and South Harbor. A tentative timeline is below. You also may track Santa in real-time through the island with this link (https://7dfd.com/skidawaysantahome.html).

The fire engines will return with Santa and the elves on Saturday, December 21, to visit Plantation and Midpoint, and on Sunday, December 22, to visit Marshwood. In the case of inclement weather, Monday, December 23, will be used as a make-up date for the areas Santa was unable to visit.

While traveling through the community during the time of the parade, please expect delays as the parade will make frequent stops to ensure the safety of the children.
