L.O.V.E. Needs You!

This school year, 160 Local Outreach Volunteer Educators (L.O.V.E.) are helping more than 300 children in 10 Savannah Title 1 schools. The program is so successful that the schools have asked us for more mentors.

L.O.V.E. mentors focus on students in Kindergarten through third grade who need extra help in reading or math. Many of these students thrive with the one-on-one support a mentor provides.

We are looking for dedicated men and women willing to give an hour or two each week to mentor. No prior experience is required, just a desire to help these young people succeed in school and life. New mentors receive support and training from experienced mentors.
