TLA Seeks Waste Not Wednesday Contributions

To help encourage recycling through reuse, The Landings Association will launch Waste Not Wednesday on November 6.

Help us spread the word about reducing waste by reusing common household materials for other purposes. Perhaps you know of a great crafting project that will make good use of those tissue and paper towel rolls that we all hate to toss in the trash. Maybe you know of an organization that can recycle old sneakers, or you may have the perfect instructions for origami made from chewing gum wrappers.

Whatever tips and tricks you use to recycle items through reuse, we want to hear them. Send your tips to lynnl@landings.org, and we may be able to use them in our weekly Waste Not Wednesday feature on our Facebook Group. Be sure to include your name, and we will make certain to give you credit for your tip.
