On October 16, the Landings Association held the first of three public workshops designed to inform residents about how the budgets are developed year and get more of the residents involved in the budgeting process. More than 30 residents attended the first workshop, which was held at Delegal Creek Marina.
Director of Budget, Planning & Analysis Dianne Talcott presented the Budget Process and was followed by Assistant General Manager Karl Stephens, who presented the Budget Overview.

After the event, the Landings Association shared a detailed recap of the event and the topics that were discussed, and provided downloadable versions of the presentation slides and the 2019 Budget Book.
