Suspicious Incidents

Security responded to Dame Kathryn Drive for a report of a suspicious person shining a flashlight into a resident’s window on Wednesday, August 28. The responding officer conducted a premise check and concluded the individual was a neighbor walking their dog in the area with a flashlight. The officer advised the resident of his findings before leaving the area.

On Sunday, August 25, Security responded to a residence on Skimmar Circle for a report of a suspicious vehicle in the driveway. Upon arrival, the officer found the resident speaking with a man who was identified as a guest of a resident on Coventry Close. The man stated that he was looking to fish in some nearby lagoons. He advised that he thought parking on the street was not allowed so he parked in the driveway of a home he thought was vacant. The officer advised the man of the rules about fishing, and after apologizing to the resident, the man left the area without incident.
